The personal data you share as a (Dietitian/Client), including sensitive health information (weight, height, etc.), is processed in accordance with the Clarification Text and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

By approving this Explicit Consent Text, you provide explicit consent for the processing, storage, and transfer of your health data (weight, height, etc.) and other personal data for the following purposes within the scope of the nutrition/diet consultation services provided by our platform (Leap):

1. To create personalized diet and nutrition recommendations,

2. To share your measurements/health data with the dietitian of your choice,

3. To enable appointment scheduling, follow-up, messaging, and similar functionalities,

4. To conduct analysis and statistical studies in order to improve service quality (without revealing your personal identity, at an anonymous or aggregate data level),

5. To fulfill requests from legal or administrative authorities when necessary.

Your data such as weight, height, and age (which may be considered sensitive health information) cannot be processed without explicit consent in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation. Therefore, by reading this document, you will have explicitly accepted the processing of your data in accordance with the conditions specified in the “Clarification Text”.
