As LEAP APP, we attach great importance to the privacy of our users and the protection of their personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected within the scope of the LEAP APP application is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

Health Data: Weight, height, eating habits, meal visuals

PURPOSES AND LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Provision of dietitian services and execution of consulting processes,
Creation of user profiles and personalization of services,
Responses to support requests and management of other communication processes,
Improvement and development of services through in-app analyses,
Execution of contract processes with users,
Fulfillment of legal obligations (for example, responding to information requests from official institutions and organizations),
Management of advertising, campaign, and promotion processes,

Ensuring that activities are carried out and developed in accordance with the legislation,
Conducting surveys and analysis studies to measure user satisfaction, analyze trends, and improve service quality,

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the legal conditions specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data belonging to users within the above scope is processed based on legal reasons mentioned in Article 5/2 of KVKK, such as “the necessity of processing data for the establishment or performance of a contract”, “the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller”, “explicitly provided for in laws”, and “the necessity of processing data to fulfill the legal obligation of the data controller”.
TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Users' personal data may be transferred to our third-party service providers, business/solution partners, affiliates, shareholders, corporate officials, and dietitians located within the country, only in accordance with the achievements of the purposes specified above, and limited to fulfilling these purposes.
Additionally, information requested from us for the purpose of fulfilling our legal notifications, statements, audits, and other obligations, as well as conducting legal correspondence, legal disputes, and exercising our legal rights such as litigation and response rights may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, courts, public prosecutors, law enforcement agencies, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other judicial/administrative authorities.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: Cookie data used to analyze the use of the application and web platform, understand your preferences, and provide you with personalized content.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the legal grounds stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:
Performance of the Contract: When you benefit from the services we offer by registering with LEAP APP, your personal data necessary for the performance of the contract is processed.
Legitimate Interests: Your data is processed in line with legitimate interests such as the improvement of the application, ensuring security, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Fulfillment of Legal Obligations: Your data is processed to meet requests from authorized institutions and to comply with legal requirements.
In this process, we ensure that your data is processed only in accordance with the legal reasons and legitimate purposes mentioned above.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER
Personal data owners;
Have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed,
If personal data is processed, to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
If personal data is incorrectly or incomplete processed, to request its correction and to have this correction communicated to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
In the event that the reasons necessitating the processing are eliminated, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data even if it has been processed in accordance with the law, and to have this request communicated to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person due to the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Have the right to request compensation for damages caused due to unlawful processing of personal data.
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us through the methods regulated in this Information Clarification Text, our company will respond to your request free of charge, depending on the nature of the request, within 30 days at the latest. If the response to the application is given in a record medium such as CD or flash memory, a fee may be charged for the cost of the record medium.
