Within the scope of the LEAP APP application, where dietitians and users come together to create solutions for a healthier life, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This informative text has been prepared to fulfill our obligation to inform you, our valued users, under the KVKK.

Providing dietitian services and managing consultation processes,
Creating user profiles and personalizing services,
Responding to support requests and managing other communication processes,
Improving and developing services through in-app analyses,
Managing contractual processes with users,
Fulfilling legal obligations (for example, responding to information requests from official institutions),
Managing advertising, campaign, and promotion processes,
Collecting feedback to enhance user experience,
Planning and implementing internal auditing and information security processes,
Conducting activities in compliance with regulations and improving them,

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the legal conditions specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data belonging to users within the above scope is processed based on legal reasons stated in KVKK Article 5/2, such as “the necessity of processing data for the establishment or performance of a contract,” “the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller,” “explicitly stipulated by laws,” and “the necessity of processing data for the fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller.”

Users' personal data may be transferred to third-party service providers, business/solution partners, affiliates, shareholders, company officials, and dietitians located within the country, strictly in line with the realization of the aforementioned purposes.
Additionally, in order to fulfill our legal obligations such as legal notifications, declarations, and audits as well as to conduct judicial/official correspondence, manage legal disputes, and exercise our rights in lawsuits and responses, the requested information may be transferred to relevant public institutions and organizations, courts, prosecutors, law enforcement agencies, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other judicial/administrative authorities.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:
Performance of the Contract: When you benefit from the services we provide by registering with LEAP APP, your personal data necessary for the performance of the contract is processed.
Legitimate Interest: Your data is processed in line with legitimate interests such as the development of the application, ensuring security, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Fulfillment of Legal Obligations: Your data is processed to meet the requests of authorized institutions and to fulfill legal requirements.
In this process, we ensure that your data is processed only in line with the above-mentioned legal reasons and legitimate purposes.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER
Personal data owners;
Have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed,
Request information regarding personal data if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and this request to be communicated to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law, if the reasons necessitating its processing no longer exist, and this request to be communicated to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a negative result against the person by means of exclusively automated systems analyzing the processed data,
Have the right to request compensation for damages in the event of being harmed due to unlawful processing of personal data.
